Rule 1
Pregnancy is not an excuse to eat for two! Your baby isn't going to be that big!
You need to eat better, not more. You only need an extra 300 calories per day in your final trimester, making a total of 2,500 calories. If you have morning sickness, you may not feel like eating, but during the second and third trimesters your appetite will increase. Your weight gain should be between 15 and 35lb.
